Welcome to SiteRegister. By using our mobile application and online web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Use of Service
SiteRegister grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software services. You agree:
- To provide accurate information during sign-in and profile creation.
- Not to use the database logs to store illegal, defamatory, or abusive material.
- That you are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features (like managing more than 10 active worker profiles) require upgrading to a Pro Membership subscription:
- Pricing: Pro Membership is billed annually at ₹499/year (taxes inclusive where applicable).
- Payments: All transactions are conducted through Razorpay. You agree to pay the fees and authorize recurring annual billing unless canceled.
- Refunds: Since a free tier with 10 workers is provided for full evaluation, all Pro subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription inside the mobile settings to prevent next year's renewal.
3. Disclaimer & Verification
SiteRegister is a cloud-based wage calculator. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of wage sums, overtime totals, and salary advance deductions, we are not responsible for any financial losses or payroll disputes.
IMPORTANT: Supervisors must manually verify generated salary reports (PDFs/CSVs) and logs before making actual bank transfers or cash payouts to workers.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription renewals. Upon account deletion (initiated by you in Settings or requested via email), all PostgreSQL rows and Clerk files are permanently deleted.
