1. Use of Service

Site Register grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software services. You agree:

• To provide accurate information during sign-in and profile creation.
• Not to use the database logs to store illegal, defamatory, or abusive material.
• That you are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features (like managing more than 10 active worker profiles) require upgrading to a Pro Membership subscription:

• Pricing: Pro Membership plans are offered for fixed periods (such as monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or yearly). Current prices are shown in the app and on our website, in the currency offered for your region, and you are charged in that currency. Local taxes (such as GST or VAT) are added or included where required by law.
• Payments: Payments are processed by our payment partner (currently Razorpay). Pro plans are purchased for the period you choose and do not renew automatically; you decide when to renew.
• Refunds: Since a free tier with 10 workers is provided for full evaluation, all Pro subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service; by purchasing and asking us to start the service immediately, you acknowledge that you lose this right once the service has been fully provided, and that a proportionate amount may be deducted if you cancel within the period. Nothing here limits consumer guarantees or other rights you cannot waive under the law of your country (for example the Australian Consumer Law).

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if you violate these terms. Upon account deletion (initiated by you in Settings or requested via email), your profile, sign-in account, and the records you entered are permanently deleted from our systems (billing records may be kept for as long as tax law requires).

5. Your Workers' Data

You are responsible for the personal data of your workers that you enter into Site Register (such as names, phone numbers, wages, attendance, and advances). You confirm that you have a lawful basis to enter it, that you have given notice to or obtained consent from each worker where the law requires, and that you will follow the labour, wage-record, and data protection laws that apply to you. For this data you are the controller and Site Register acts only as your processor, handling it on your instructions to provide the service. A data processing addendum is available on request by email. Do not enter data about children or sensitive categories such as health, religion, or biometrics.

6. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
