At SiteRegister, we take your privacy and data security seriously. This Privacy Policy document describes how we collect, store, and process your information when you use our mobile application and website services.
1. Information We Collect
SiteRegister is a cloud-based helper tool that logs supervisor records. We collect only the information necessary to run the service:
- Supervisor Account Data: Your name, email address, phone number, and profile image are gathered during secure registration using Clerk authentication.
- Supervisor Records: Any entries you log into the database, including worker profiles (names, roles, daily wages, phone numbers), daily attendance statuses (Present, Absent, Half Day), overtime logs, deductions, advances, and payroll sheets.
- Payment Logs: Order IDs and verification signatures generated through Razorpay when upgrading your membership. We do not store or process your credit card numbers, bank details, or direct billing secrets.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your logged database items to run, synchronize, and calculate stats for your register book. Specifically:
- To compile and display your workers directory and calculate daily/monthly wages.
- To auto-sync your logs across devices when you sign in.
- To generate salary report files (PDF/CSV formats) on your request.
- To verify your subscription payment status through Razorpay webhooks.
3. Data Storage & Security
All records are stored securely in cloud-hosted PostgreSQL databases using encrypted server connections. Access to endpoints is strictly gated through secure Clerk JWT authentication tokens. We do not sell, rent, or lease your user directory or payroll records to third parties.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
You retain absolute ownership over your supervisor database files. You can manage and delete your information at any time:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your entire account permanently inside the mobile app by going to Settings → Delete Account Permanently. Doing so deletes your profile in Clerk and triggers a cascading delete in PostgreSQL, removing all worker profiles, logs, and billing references immediately.
- Manual Requests: If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at support@siteregister.bablusingh.in. We will process and confirm your request within 48 hours.
