Account Deletion & Data Safety

Warning: Account Deletion is Permanent

When your account is deleted, all your active worker profiles, logged daily attendance check-ins, salary calculations, cash advances, and subscriptions will be permanently purged from our cloud database. This action is irreversible. This data is completely unrecoverable.

Google Play Store policies require us to provide a way for users to request account and database deletion. Site Register gives you full control to erase your data completely and irreversibly either within the mobile app or via support email.

1Option 1: Delete Instantly from Mobile App (Recommended)

To delete your account immediately and clear your database, follow these steps in the Site Register mobile app:

  1. Open the Site Register app and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab (gear icon at bottom right).
  3. Scroll down to the actions menu and tap Delete Account Permanently.
  4. Review the warning dialog and tap Delete.
  5. Confirm your action one last time in the Final Warning dialog by tapping Delete.

Your session will end instantly, your secure authentication profile will be destroyed, and all related database tables in PostgreSQL will cascade-delete.

2Option 2: Request Deletion via Web/Email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request that we delete your account manually.

Please email us at bksingh3520@gmail.com with the following details:

  • The Email Address associated with your Clerk / Google sign-in.
  • Your registered supervisor profile name.
  • A brief statement confirming that you want your account and data permanently deleted.

For safety, we will send a confirmation link to your email address before finalizing the deletion. Once verified, all your data will be permanently wiped within 48 hours.
